About Us
Project ACHIEVE is a collaborative program between the City of Phoenix, the Valley of the Sun YMCA, and HomeBase Youth Services which provides youth with a comprehensive services and support. All of our participants begin using our services as 'at risk' youth between the ages of 16-21. All participants go through a rigorous screening process to ensure that we provide the workforce with a positive and motivated collection of individuals. Project ACHIEVE supports these youth through their education, then funds occupational training and work experience placements.
